Galorias Invite ("we", "us") provides digital invitations and guest experiences. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account details you provide when signing up (name, email address).
- Event content you add to an invitation: names, dates, venue details, photos, music choices and guest messages.
- Guest responses submitted through RSVP forms, QR check-in and congrats walls.
- Basic technical data (browser type, device, approximate region) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To create, host and deliver your invitations and guest experiences.
- To process payments through our payment providers. We never store full card details ourselves.
- To send transactional emails about your orders, invitations and account.
- To improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Guest content and moderation
- Messages and photos left by guests are visible to the invitation owner, who can moderate or remove them at any time.
- Sample invitations published by us contain demonstration content only.
Cookies
- We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and currency. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention and deletion
- Your invitations and guest content remain available for the lifetime of your event page.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
